Plexus Slim: Doing A 30 Day Thanksgiving Challenge!

My Friends and I are beginning a 30 Day Thanksgiving Challenge over at our Team Site on Facebook-- It is so exciting to be able to share the pounds lost and self esteem going up!
 The Big Thing Here :  Nothing can compare to seeing yourself getting healthy and well! Everything falls into place when you take that first step.
It is not a race, it is a JOURNEY.
Since I have been on Plexus Slim, My Blood Pressure has become lower and I sleep better, I feel better going thru my day because I don't have that pounding headache.
I am so very happy!!
