Plexus Slim: I Just Realized....I Am Down 14.4 Pounds Since The Beginning Of The Month...

Sitting here....Thinking...I weighed myself at the local gym around the end of Sept and wrote the amount a piece of paper -- I had not weighed myself in a L-O-N-G Time... I
Crumpled it up and put it in my purse... I was so damn disgusted!
Just found that piece of paper just this moment..
I was 250.2 lbs and then started to Remove Beer, Cigarettes and Fast Food From My Diet
So I am REALLY down 14.6 pounds since that time!!
Now I need to just breathe....THAT is A Wonderful Thing!!

Plexus Slim: Getting The "Gunk" Out Of My Gut!

 I wanted to share my experience with the Plexus Bio Cleanse. I am drinking more water with taking it. I am doing that because it is actually "peeling away" all the "sludge" that has built up in my GI tract. What Is On YOUR Christmas List? 
When I Started Plexus Slim, I made a list of ALL the wonderful things that were going to happen in my life and how I was going to reward myself with each milestone.
 Christmas 2013 and New Years 2014 are in the not too distant future... What would you like to experience? 
 Where do you see yourself in 30 days 60 days 90 days? 
I think many of us on this journey are:

Plexus Slim Day 4 Down 3.8 POUNDS!! My God!!

Got One Of Those " I could eat the broad side of a barn" Moments!

 I am working tonite, so I  went to lay down and then all of a sudden at 3pm--BAM!!  I got one of those super cravings- like "gimme the refrigerator right now" types.  Had some hummus and triscuits to try to curb my hunger- but I just wanted a nice big bowl of Ice Cream with "the works"-- so I stepped away from the refrigerator, sat on my hands and looked at my Plexus Slim bag-- Thankfully... on the bag, in the directions, it states that it can be taken twice daily---phew!!! That was a close shave...
Refilled my 2.2 liter of water  with some lemon for the evening and taking a second Plexus Slim in 20 oz of water.  I really love the taste of it..  And Yes, it does talk to your brain and calm your hunger.  I got my "fix"... It's true,  Plexus Slim is a God-Send, so I will sit here and count my blessings and look forward to losing weight and becoming a healthy gal!

I Just Layed An Egg!!!

One of the things I have been dealing with in recent years is Kidney Stones. I cannot tell you how many times I have been in a furball of pain trying to pass one. Sometimes I get them on the right, sometimes on the left. I have been a source of great crystal wealth ROTFL! I know I am drinking more water than I have been- with Plexus Slim......BUT...I just passed a nice size Kidney Stone!!

Made Some New Decisions and Making Better Choices

Made some decisions: definitely no more Sam Adams/ Redd's Apple Ale. Cutting WAY back on dairy. I want to adopt a more sane approach to eating.  That BK Fish Sandwich, Fries and Choc Milkshake-- You're History!
No more processed stuff.  I have been eating too many Dollar Store meals like Mac and Cheese, Rice and things-- It is time to become a lean
clean machine- All that Dairy and stuff contributes to clogged arteries
and high blood pressure.  I  tried Joe Cross's Reboot, but I was soo hungry and headached like crazy-- I am thankful that the Plexus Slim is gentle, even with the Accelerator- no Shakes, no Headache , no Growling Tummy, No "Trots" 
I am really going to like this I believe--
Monday need to go over to Beyond Fitness and finish up the paperwork for that and start Part Two of this-
They have some nice treadmills over there-- When I took the tour- was very impressed.
I will be jotting down my thoughts all the way thru this journey, so this blog gives me a springboard to think out loud and make some public declarations-- It will keep me accountable-- If you think it & write it-- It sticks better when you read it.  Christmas 2013-- Comin' at Ya & New Years 2014-- New Life- New Hope- New Direction!

Day 2 of my Plexus Slim Journey Feeling Refreshed

Sunday, October 20th, 2013   445am Pacific time
Weight:  241.8 lbs
BP      :   158/90   79 heart

Breakfast :  2  Nutrigrain Bars  calories 120 x 2  =  240 calories
                 Water

510am    Plexus Slim in 20 oz water  and 2 Accelerator capsules

I actually went to bed somewhere between 1030pm and 11pm last night
Slept well, Got up to BR 3 times.   All the water  I drank yesterday. I did start drinking mid day
so today I am up and going early--  because actually I will work Midnite to 930am tomorrow, so this will
give me a head start.   I feel awake- which is great, not sluggish at all.

I have my 2.2 liter bottle with a capful of lemon juice filled and ready.  I should be drinking
8  8oz glasses of water the accelerator says, but I think water is a good thing right now to get
the process going.

242.2  minus  241.8 = 0.4 lbs  It is a start and I did start this mid day yesterday. Rusty metabolism takes awhile to awaken =)

Forgot to mention Plexus Slim tastes like a cherry- berry drink 
The Accelerator if you chew it has a a little bite. (I am not a pill taker really)

Plexus Slim-- Bedtime!!

It is 915pm.  Ready to hop into bed. This is my weekend from work
Glad to have some down time to start this.
Was not sure how I would do on Plexus Slim and the Accelerator-
but all is well. 
I have had 2.2 liters of water with a little lemon juice added today
2.2 liters = 74.39085 US fluid ounces
Pretty good considering I have not been drinking as much water recently
I must be dehydrated, because I felt so refreshed after having it.
I did not drink it all in one sitting-- I had my container next to me and sipped it thru the afternoon/evening
As they say- what goes in, must come out.
Lemon is a good cleanser LOL
Feel like this was a good beginning.
No, I did not eat a heck of a lot- But I think my stomach was enjoying the rest
I had  Triscuits with hummus this morning &  EAS Lean 15 =
2x today ( used 500 ml water in each)

Usually would have a snack or ice cream or something, esp when I go to work at midnite
Am told one of the perks of Plexus Slim is improved sleep- I will find out.

I can't believe how fast the Plexus box arrived! 
Today I began my Plexus Slim Journey.   At 242 lbs today, In the past years, I have tried everything and been from one product in MLM to the next greatest thing. All flopped, and lost oodles of money.
I am a single gal, 51 years young and am ready to burst forth into a new life.
I looked at Plexus for weeks, viewing every video I could watch- just in awe- and thinking...What if??

I joined a local gym, Beyond Fitness, this past week thru work- they give us a membership for 20 bucks/month,  and will start a walking program on their treadmill- I have not been active for some time and want to begin slow.
In the past 3 years I have developed high blood pressure,  I am not taking anything for it because I do not have insurance, like so many out there.
When I saw what the possibilities were, I teared up at my computer- something inside said, "This is it- do it and see great results"
Today begins a new chapter in my life and I really believe something spectacular is going to happen!
Also, did the test for candida and yup saw I need to take care of that, so ordered the Bio-Cleanse and Pro Bio 5 this morning to incorporate it in the mix.  I know that Candida can hamper the best results, so I will come at this with a strong will, determination, the right product and the right team.
