Plexus Slim: I Just Realized....I Am Down 14.4 Pounds Since The Beginning Of The Month...

Sitting here....Thinking...I weighed myself at the local gym around the end of Sept and wrote the amount a piece of paper -- I had not weighed myself in a L-O-N-G Time... I
Crumpled it up and put it in my purse... I was so damn disgusted!
Just found that piece of paper just this moment..
I was 250.2 lbs and then started to Remove Beer, Cigarettes and Fast Food From My Diet
So I am REALLY down 14.6 pounds since that time!!
Now I need to just breathe....THAT is A Wonderful Thing!!
